About Us
Diplomacy in the Digital Age - Where Ideas Shape the World of Tomorrow

Who We Are
We envisioned launching an online Model United Nations experience to bridge geographical gaps and offer an inclusive platform for the youth. Recognizing the importance of global perspectives and diplomatic skills in an increasingly interconnected world, we aimed to provide an accessible opportunity for students to engage in meaningful international dialogue and develop a deeper understanding of the United Nations' work.
Our mission is to empower the next generation of Indian leaders with the knowledge, critical thinking, and cultural awareness needed to tackle global challenges and contribute positively on the world stage. Through AIMUN Online, we aspire to cultivate informed, articulate, and globally-minded individuals who can drive change and represent India effectively on the international stage with their insight into multilateral challenges we naturally face.
What We Strive For
Critical Research and Knowledge Acquisition:
To research and gain deeper knowledge on global issues through creative and critical thinking.
Skill Development and Enhancement:
To hone research, public speaking, debating, and writing skills, along with teamwork and leadership qualities.
Perspective Expansion:
To gain insights from the other delegates and broaden perspectives.
Understanding UN Diplomacy:
To understand the UN diplomacy while grasping the essence of peaceful negotiation over power struggle.
Diplomatic Solution Design:
To contribute to the design of diplomatic solutions for global issues.
How We Work
At AIMUN, delegates gain insight into the United Nations and the dynamics of international relations by assuming the roles of UN representatives and members of other international bodies and national cabinets. We also support the first time MUN participants with the specially designed workshop for them. Once you register, our team member will connect with you and place you in the committee of your choice with the possible country options. Once we confirm the country and the committee, you can join the platform, and if you wish, sign up for our additional workshop sessions on drafting a resolution, learning debating techniques and developing research skills from 12-16 February. A free platform training session will be conducted on 11 February to familiarize everyone with the platforms we will be using, MUN Coordinated and Discord.
